We woke up around 6:00 AM packed up camp made lunch and ate
breakfast left around 8:30 AM headed to Fire Management were we met with Brad
Donahue and Bob Sjolund. Brad is afmo he is in charge of fuels he has projects
on and off the reservation was a second generation fire fighter. There is a 20
person hotshot crew out in Alaska right now. Bob is currently a fuels planner
so he decides which area needs fueling and for every project there has to be a
document for agreement to work on the area. Fire Management heard about the
incident in the park and they let us move camp into their fenced in area we
were allowed to shower so it was amazing.
